Il Progetto Rùah è felice di presentare il weekend di crescita umana e spirituale con esperienze di biodanza che torna a Santa Giustina (BL) da venerdì 28 a domenica 30 agosto 2026.
For whom? The seminar, although starting from a reflection on the specific reality of LGBTIQA+ people, is open to those who want a path of spiritual and human growth and want to discuss the proposed topic.
As? The weekend will be a mix of experiential workshops, moments of spirituality and biodance experiences, through which we will try to address the topic from multiple points of view, intertwining thought and action.
Experiential workshops: through the tools of the workshop and sharing we will have a space to (re)get back in touch with our life, have the right time to explore it and read its significant stages, as well as to have a new perspective on the path of our life.
Spiritual growth: over the weekend we will share spiritual reflections, moments of prayer and celebration to give strength to our journey of faith and listen to what the Spirit says to our heart, respecting individual beliefs.
Biodanza: it is the dance of life, a method in which body movement, specific music and meeting exercises are used. The concept of our body as a living, pulsating place that can be deeply integrated with daily thoughts, emotions and actions is redeemed.
We will be accompanied by a priest, a biodance operator and a pedagogist who will help us in personal and group reflection and action.
The laboratory has no therapeutic value, but is a space for individual and group research based on listening, sharing and respecting the limits and choices of each participant. If you are engaged in therapy, consult with your specialist about the opportunity to participate in the experience.
