La Tenda di Gionata is a christian association that accompanies lGBTQ+ People, their family members and those in christian communities who walk alongside them... a journey made of listening, meetings and relationships that grow over time.
In this shared journey, we prepare to experience an important moment for the life of the association. The members of La Tenda di Gionata are invited to the annual members' meeting which will be held online:
wednesday 29 April 2026 at 8.00 am (first call)
wednesday 29 april 2026 at 8.30 Pm (on second call) which will be valid regardless of the number of those present and will decide by majority of participants.
Agenda:
- approval of the 2025 association budget
- Proclamation of those elected to the new Board of Directors
- collection of proposals and ideas.
The vote on the budget and the new management it will take place online from 8.00 am on Sunday 26 April to 9.00 pm on Tuesday 28 April 2026. In the next few days, members will receive all the information to vote via email, together with the budget and the candidates' presentations.
Each member will be able to vote on the budget and indicate from 1 to a maximum of 7 candidates for the new Board of Directors.
During the assembly on April 29th we will proclaim the elected ones and we will also take some time to discuss to collect ideas and proposals for the future path... because this path continues together, step by step.
Members registered in the membership register can vote. It is also possible to participate by proxy to another member (only one proxy per person). The meeting will take place online in ways that guarantee the identity of the participants and the validity of the vote, as required by the statute and current legislation.

La Tenda di Gionata was founded on March 18, 2018, on the inspiration of the late Don David Esposito who dreamed of Christian communities capable of "widening the tent" (Isaiah 54), welcoming anyone who has been hurt by discrimination.
