On September 6, 2025, in Rome, the pilgrimage of "La Tenda di Gionata and other associations"He will accompany the LGBTQ+people, their parents and pastoral workers who support them, to cross the San Pietro Santa Porta together. It will be a jubilee moment of reconciliation and hope in the Catholic Church. It will be a gesture of people.
The Jubilee is time for grace, time to return home, time to let yourself be reconciled with God and the Church (cf. 2Cor 5:20). And this pilgrimage will be precisely this: a path to the Holy Door, with our lives as an offer.
For this we ask you: tell us why you will participate in the pilgrimage. Or because, even if you can not be there, your heart pushes you to walk with us.
Told as a person LGBTQ+ believer, as a parent who has learned to love beyond fear, as an operator or pastoral operator who accompanies with faith and listening. Let's bring our "why", our streets, our steps towards a more mother Catholic Church, more sister, more home for everyone.
