The LGBT Christian Project+ it is made up of believers who want to get to know each other and walk together using the possibilities offered by the net, because none he feels solə. Within our project there are two proposals:
The LGBT+ Young Christian Project (PGC), aimed at people aged between 18 and 35
The LGBT+ Christian Adult Project (PAC),A journey for people aged between 30 and 50.
The Evangelical project was born, with the aim of creating a network of evangelical Christians open to comparison, thirsty for truth, who want to analyze the biblical texts in a different perspective and listen to the testimonies and experiences of homosexual believers. Many of our churches have a vision of homosexuality as sin, and not everyone is aware that living their faith and accepting their homosexuality is possible. The project aims to overcome this vision. This is time to listen to with the open heart, continuing to serve God as children and brothers, without repressing or denying their identity.
The bilingual portal on which the African LGBT Christians of the Gay project Christian Africa will try to give voice to those who have no voice in Africa, spreading news, testimonies and hope in a continent too forgotten. Born from the efforts of a boy originally from Africa who studies in Italy, who has crossed four states in Central Africa in about two weeks, to meet different groups and Christian pastors LGBT. With them we want to build a support network that we hope can help them support in a reality where you can be arrested or lynched only because you are homosexuals. With the help of Massimo Battaglio we have created a site that since 2012 has recorded all the episodes of homotransphobia that take place in Italy, provides weekly updated data, thematic reports and contributions to reflect on the impact of homotransbibic violence in society, in Christian communities and on the life of many LGBT people and their family members. We would like, in society and inside and outside the Church, they are not "impressions" or "prejudices" to guide the choices of our legislators, but the news, unfortunately often relegated to the internal pages of local newspapers.
Every day to transsexuals live the effort of feeling their lives imprisoned in a body that do not feel them and that of seeing each other denied rights, respect and support in our society and in our Christian communities. For this we want to give voice to their journey through the commitment of the volunteers of the TRANSizioni Project*, composed of transsexuals and not and their parents, to help fight the prejudices that transsexuals and their parents live every day, in society and in churches, through knowledge and testimony, aware that "you fear what you don't know, and you don't know what you fear“.
