The person has a long time, energy and tranquility for himself, his profession, his interests and needs (and duties); He puts in front of his deep well -being and personal priorities, with his habits, his rhythms and spaces, his tastes. In addition, this person feels free to organize his day, his relational network, his insights and personal studies, to do what he gets more more without having to ask and realize anyone.

Their hobbies and passions become an opportunity for experiential and cultural study, and in some cases, an opportunity for symbolic or spiritual fruitfulness (the writing of books, the production of works of art, the growth of grandchildren, the help to acquaintances, etc.), as well as moments of communication and strong intimacy with themselves.

La solitudine può mascherare un grave lutto, una inadeguatezza o delusione personale, ma dobbiamo imparare a spostare il fermo-immagine su nuovi obiettivi, in positivo; una scelta piena di autostima, determinato equilibrio, energia positiva e libera consapevolezza di sé (potrebbe essere il manifesto di una laica castità). La persona dunque sceglie di essere il più autentica possibile con se stessa, alla ricerca continua del suo Io più profondo e realizzato.

Come intuibile, quanto esposto sopra, è molto più complesso e pervasivo, del semplice aspetto biologico, e ancor di più della genitalità della persona (così ossessivamente e pruriginosamente indagata dai soliti noti e spesso frustrati), nell’esercizio operoso e largo della propria solitudine (affettiva e sociale).
