17 January 2025 in Modena meeting in the diocesan library on "LGBT+ Christians. Possible paths: Which pastoral care?” with Father Pino Piva

ThereFerrini&Muratori Diocesan Library of Modenaof the Archdiocese of Modena-Nonantola, together with the associationLa Tenda di Gionata, they organize FRIDAY 17 January 2025, at 7pm the meeting “LGBT+ Christians. Possible paths: Which pastoral care?” with Father Pino Piva, Jesuit, expert in pastoral accompaniment paths with homosexual people with whom we will discuss starting from his book "Dignity and responsibility. A path of spiritual liberation for all” (Il Pellegrino editore, 2024, 16 pages) which collects his experience of spiritual accompaniment of LGBT people which he gained during the many spiritual exercises he led as part of his ministry within the Society of Jesus.

The Christian LGBT+ project possible paths from theFerrini&Muratori Diocesan Library of Modena dell’Arcidiocesi di Modena-Nonantola, con il supporto de La Tenda di Gionata, è volto a rendere disponibili approfondimenti bibliografici a chi opera nella pastorale con le persone omosessuali e nell’accompagnamento delle famiglie che si confrontano con il coming outof their LGBT+ children.

The meeting will take place at the Ferrini&Muratori Diocesan Library of Modena in Corso Cavalriamo 149

In order to encourage dialogue and discussion, each meeting will be followed by a moment of conviviality.
