Mosaiko and Jubilee 2025. On the way to the Holy Door in Rome
Next September 6, 2025, Mosaiko will enthusiastically participate in the jubilee pilgrimage of "{([3]) and other associations", an event that promises to be an important opportunity for spiritual reflection and great participation.
The pilgrimage, which will see the participation of numerous national realities and the LGBT+ Christian Catholic world, will be a moment of union, sharing and testimony of fundamental values such as inclusion and valorization of the dignity of all.
A Pilgrimage of Faith and Hope
The Jubilee Pilgrimage, which every year involves various associations involved in social issues, is an event that combines spirituality and social action, inviting all participants to embark on a journey of hope and reflection.
This year, the central theme of the meeting will focus on being Pilgrims of Hope, pilgrims not only in this Jubilee year, but in everyday life, in everyday welcoming missions.
Mosaiko, a Roman group that has been dedicated for years to promoting inclusion with respect for diversity and solidarity, will be present at the Jubilee pilgrimage with the intention of rejoicing for the gifts and results that have been achieved in recent years in the Church and alongside it, constantly accompanying it in situations of marginality and discrimination.
The pilgrimage of 6 September 2025 will not only be an event to remember, but an experience that will change those who participate. Every step taken together will be a sign of hope, of change, of renewed confidence in the future.
Mosaiko will walk together with other groups and associations, it will welcome anyone with open arms into its city, from the frontiers of the suburbs it will go towards the center of Christianity, with the aim of helping to build a Church that rediscovers its own merciful and welcoming face, a Church that knows how to welcome differences, understand difficulties and respond with love.
Let's leave aside hostile attitudes, provocations and all those judgments that divide and do not unite, we need to create dialogue in small steps and this pilgrimage, more than ever, will bring out the call of Pope Francis, who has always invited the Church to be “field hospital”, a place where cure, welcome, to listen.
Mosaiko, with its commitment, responds to this call, walking with those who have been marginalized, with those looking for a place to be themselves without fear, with those who still believe in the transformative power of faith and love.
